Marisol Mathias has been an employee at Doggie DayCare of Fayette since June and is currently teaching puppy classes at the facility. She holds a BA in Psychology from Stetson University (FL) and actively attends dog behavior/training seminars in the Atlanta area. Marisol is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and has been volunteering with the Fayette County Humane Society since February, helping with adoptions as well as training some of the foster dogs to make them more adoptable. Marisol uses reward-based training and strongly believes that everyone deserves to enjoy training- canine and human. To her, training is not just about teaching dogs the commands, but also strengthening the dog-owner bond. Marisol feels that puppy training is especially important because it creates the perfect springboard for a long, harmonious life together!
